This is on the mark. In Birmingham this is happening constantly where you fill out and pay for a rental application but to never hear anything back and they just take your money. Crazy…but now I know how to deal with that

Good info and worth every bit of the $22. I was sick of spending 200-300 bucks to apply and using this I was able to put in multiple applications for like $40. Got approved and move in on Wednesday of next week!

This book was great. First off I didn’t have to wait around for delivery as I needed it now. Secondly, it helped my identify why I was being denied (I am a salesperson and work on commission which was the reason they were denying me – cause they said my income wasn’t consistent). Finally, it helped me organize my income proof so that I showed the income consistency over a longer period …. and guess what … I was just approved at the same complex that denied me! Thank You! My mind is totally blown. This is a great example of something that people think is just simple, straight forward and that “it is what is”…you get online find places for rent…put in applications..and pay all their stupid fees to do so… until you find a livable property, in the budget, that fits your move-in timeline…Then I read this random a%s ebook that my kid tells me is a “must read” and find out that there is a quarter of a BILLION $$ industry, intentionally designed to drain money out of me with BS app/admin/holding fees-whatever, and every other renter on this planet .. and half the time there was zero chance I was ever gonna be approved! Sorry for venting on your reviews. My eyes are wide open now.

My landlord informed me that she was selling the property and gave me 30 days notice to vacate. I was in panic mode but fortunately came across this on FB. I purchased, read, then followed the outline and was just approved .. so happy!! This is my third property ever renting and dang I wish I had found this a sooner rather than later. Great read. My daughter is moving out and currently searching her own place. Not as easy as I remember it but then again it has been a long time since I have rented. My only complaint would be that I would like to send this to her via email. Maybe somehow I can get the second download to her. If not she can just read on my laptop. Could not figure out why I was being denied. Spent close to $500 bucks on applications that were either rejected outright or that I never heard back from anyone on. Now I know and more importantly now I know exactly what I was doing wrong. i worked with Brandon, the guy who wrote this book, a couple of years back. I got an email 3 days ago telling me to check his PDF book out and after reading in 2 days – first book I have read in YEARS – I remember that 1) this dude is crazy – in a good way .. and 2) that dude is smart .. real smart ….. the emails excerpts at the end are hilarious and knowing Brandon I can def see that he is the author.

I am so glad I bought this book. My past in the form of my criminal background was coming back to bite me and this helped me understand why i was getting denied and also gave me some ideas on what kind of properties I will get approved at. Money well spent IMO
